…uploaded my CV, applied for a new job, got confirmation
that I hadn’t passed the interview and did more prep for Wednesday’s interview…
…my Mark Thomas DVD boxset arrived, which contains ‘Walking
The Wall’ and ‘Showtime From The Frontline’. I watched the first film today,
‘Walking The Wall’, which is a weird travelogue about walking the length of the
Israeli Wall, that carefully balances humour with reportage about a terrifying oppression
of people. 8/10. Next up is ‘Showtime From The Frontline’, about a comedy club
in a refugee camp in Palestine.
…my nephew drew me a Bee picture (containing an Angry Bee, a
Grumpy Bee, a Hulk Bee, a Honey Bee and a Squashed Bee) and made a balloon out
of modelling balloons:
…and I did the G2 Crossword:
…and we the week off to a good start as I only need to cheat
on a seventh of the clues (three out of 21). The answer came much easier than
they did last week, it feels like my answer reservoir is get close to being
filled back up…or today’s clues were easier!
