Today I made a new job’s shortlist and started to think
about what to put in the applications, watched half of 'Castle Rock' season one and
I did the G2 crossword:
…which maintains course as, again, I end up cheating on a
fifth of the clues (six out of 24), should have done better as, in hindsight,
most of the answers to the clues I missed were obvious, how could I have missed
‘dither’, ‘dismay’, ‘lapsed’ and ‘edition’ and I’m slightly annoyed that I
forgot that ‘tripe’ is made from cows stomachs and about Mike Tyson being a
heavyweight boxer.
