and things get darker for (and about) Mal and Zoe as we find out more about their days as
Independents/Browncoats and things get even darker for the rest of the crew as their
deliver the Pilgrims to their holy lands. A fun story that perfectly captures the
humour and drama of the TV show. 9/10.
…and I accepted an interview invite, for a post at the Ministry
of Justice, but I’ll need to provide several proofs of ID, which can include my
P45. Which I thought would be fine, as I was sure that I had safely packed it
away. But after six hours of searching my room and the loft (the only two
places that it could be) I couldn’t find it, its just not there! And now I’m a
little worried that I throw it out by mistake, and if I did do that, what else
have I lost? (Update: I found it three weeks later in a clearly marked
envelope! Still not sure how I managed to miss it!)…

…and we are back to the heights with today’s crossword as I only
had to cheat on a ninth of the clues (two out of 18), if I’d known that an
‘escalope’ is a ‘think slice of boneless meat’ and that a ‘smack’ is a ‘fishing
vessel’ it would have been a clean sweep.
