There were plenty of great comics out on this New Comic Book Day:

I also picked up some great CDs and DVDs:

 

 

And the latest Q mag, ignore the Ed Sheeran cover (and article), which has a fifty best things about Noel Gallagher, which both slags off dance music (Oasis/NG saved the UK from shitty dance music) and praises it (Setting Sun is a great song and show’s NG wasn’t a stuck in the mud dad rocker).

I also started this biography/review of The Jesus & Mary Chain’s PsychoCandy album:

…which does a great job of describing the social and political background to the J&MC and the album and how great the album is, perfectly mixing pop and not-pop/noise/feedback, and how it chimed with and reflected the times. It’s also a good excuse to re-listen to the album 😊

I also felt better than I have for a while, going to the shops was ok and I didn't feel like I was going to die, but I still don't feel anywhere as near as back to full health.
