Aka Saturday 29th September
…delayed doing my job applications and watched lots (seasons 9 and
10) of ‘The Big Bang Theory’ instead…
…and I did the G2 crossword:
…which brought the weeks G2 crosswords to a close wth a bit
of a bump, with needing to cheat on seven of the 25 clues, I did like 10
across, even if I didn’t get it, ‘one of twelve in a box?’ for ‘juror’ and I
learnt that the ‘giraffe’ is the ‘tallest extant quadruped’, that ‘Cadiz’ is an
‘old port of south-west Spain’ and ‘Burundi’ is an ‘African country, on the
shores of Lake Tanganyika, capital Bujumbura’.
