Aka Wednesday 8th August
Today was New Comic Book Day and I picked up these aces:
…I also brought ‘L’Amant Double’ on DVD (which I haven't watched yet), the latest Lego
Star Wars magazine and Brian Eno’s ‘Music For Films’. And when I got home the postman
had delivered my order of Utah Saints first album, 'Utah Saints':

and carefree. This is a great album, a little bit housey, a little bit techno,
a little bit ravey and full of beats for the heart, mind and feet. And ‘Music
For Films’ is an nice ambient album, mellow and calming, with plinky-plonky piano
notes and both the sound of nature, which reminds me of countryside walks after
the rain, and urbany background sounds, even otherworldly. The problem with it
is unless you focus on it the sounds melt into the background, which is kinda
the while point of the album!, but it does mean it’s hard to describe at a
later date.
…I them enjoyed a bit of sun in the garden and did the G2
