Thursday, Friday and Saturday have been a blur of feeling
really unwell and sick, with added vertigo/panic attacks. I’m hoping that this
is being caused by the extreme hot weather we’re been having and once it breaks
I should start to feel better. It does mean that I haven’t been exercising,
which is a pain (I’m kinda worried that not exercising is reinforcing these
unwell feelings).
On Thursday, I should have been playing my last bowling
match of the season, but I had to cancel (and use my blind score) as I didn’t
feel well enough to make it to the train station, let alone make it all the way
to Elephant & Castle and play three games of bowling.
On Friday, I had a big panic attack on getting my paper form
the local Sainsburys. The store is about 5 minutes away and on the way, I had
to stop three times to convince myself not to give up and go back home. And in the
store, I was so shaky and light headed that I thought I was going to collapse
and/or give up and run home without my paper (and other shopping), but I managed
to get through it and back home, but I felt wiped out for the rest of the home
(even walking upstairs was tiring).
Still feel really unwell on Saturday, but managed to go to
the Tesco Metro to get my paper and did it without any panic attack’s (just
feelings of extremely tiredness and unwellness).
Recently I brought some BrickHeadz:
And despite feeling unwell I have made Batman:
I also brought the new Seahawks mini-LP and the first few Evolutionback catalogue from Bleep.com.
Evolution was a record label run by Global Communication and
as most of my records are in storage, I haven’t listened to these songs in
years, so I’m really looking forward to reacquainting myself with them. And the
Seahawks do great mellow/Balearic song, which will hopefully soothe away my
feelings of unwellness.
